Nichiyu Commemorates Its 70th Anniversary.

Established in 1937, Nippon Yusoki Co., Ltd. commemorated its 70th Anniversary this year. A commemorative ceremony was held at a hotel in Kyoto City. The ceremony was attended by about 900 people, including employees from the Kyoto Head Office and Shiga Plant, former corporate officers, and various associates. Following a review of the company’s outstanding history, those in attendance renewed their pledge toward a promising future. 

Nichiyu Signs Joint Venture Agreement with HSG Investments Pte. Ltd.

On October 24th, Nichiyu officially concluded a joint venture agreement with HSG Investments Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hup Soon Global Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Hup Soon Global Group has replaced Nichiyu’s previous joint venture partner United Motor Works Pte. Ltd. , and has acquired a 30% stake in Nichiyu Asia Pte. Ltd.
