Nichiyu Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 1992 in Singapore to oversee regional sales expansion in South East Asia. We represent our manufacturer Mitsubishi Nichiyu Forklift Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Nippon Yusoki Co., Ltd.), maker of Nichiyu Electric Forklift in Japan, formerly known as the NYK brand. The primary objective of Nichiyu Asia is to provide after-sales and technical support for our distributors and dealers, and to ensure rapid and efficient delivery of fast-moving forklift models and spare parts for service support.
Our Japanese technical advisors are stationed in Singapore and Thailand, so we are able to provide speedy resolutions for technical issues and also top-quality training for our distributors’ technicians. Furthermore, we maintain stock for our popular forklift models, and our spare parts supply efficiency frequently exceeds 80%. Therefore, we are able to guarantee fast delivery, minimal downtime, and maximum return on investment.
Nichiyu Asia is constantly looking to expand our sales and service support network, and has since penetrated and established footholds in the Oceania and South Asian markets. We now have subsidiaries in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Australia, as well as distributors in Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
